What is your returns policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day returns policy.
If you change your mind or the product is not quite what you expected, simply get in touch and we will help you with the return.
The item must be unused, undamaged and in good condition.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery usually takes a further 2 to 4 working days.
In total, your parcel will usually arrive within around 3 to 6 working days.
Personalised products may take an additional 1 to 2 working days to prepare.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are created from our own designs and carefully produced in selected workshops and printing houses.
Quality, attention to detail and the emotional value of every product are at the heart of what we do.
Will I receive an invoice?
Of course. An electronic invoice is automatically issued for every order and sent to you by email.
We do not include a printed invoice in the parcel, but we can provide one separately on request.
